Dianne Marie Maher

             On February 9th, Dianne M. Maher aged 60 of Portage, due to health complications went to be with her mother and father Roy and Beverly Ferguson, her brother David Ferguson and father-in-law Lloyd Maher.          Dianne was born on October 30,1961 in Charleston, SC on a military base until her father was relocated to Oscoda Michigan where she spent the majority of her childhood. Her family moved to Portage, Wisconsin in 1977.  She married Dave Maher on March 3rd 2006. She was the 4th of 5 siblings, Joe (Sue) Ferguson, Cindy (Mark) Bublitz, David Ferguson and Patty (Mike) Pendleton. She was the mother of 6 children, Amanda Ferguson, Alyssa (Paul) Martin, Stas Urban, Alysha Maher, Damian Maher and Teal Maher. She loved spending time with her 9 grandchildren, HannaMarie, Kylie, Stryder, Emma, Liberty, Ronan, Aria, Victoria and Jenalyn. She will also leave behind her beloved pets.           Dianne loved to keep herself busy with all sorts of arts and crafts throughout the years from sewing to bead work to most recently painting ceramics. She had a passion for baking, at Christmas time there wasn't a treat she didn't bake, her specialty being her no bake cookies. She most looked forward to Christmas cookie bake day with her family.           Dianne's summers were spent supporting her husband, Dave, going from Demo Derby to Demo Derby all summer long. If she wasn't with him at a Demo she was with her sister Patty garage saling and inevitably getting lost, even with a GPS.           Dianne is preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Beverly Ferguson, her brother David Ferguson and her father-in-law Lloyd Maher. She is survived by her other 3 siblings, her children, her grandchildren and her nephew and many nieces.           Funeral services will be help on Saturday February 19th from 1-3 at Kratz Funeral Home in Portage.   Forever in our hearts Service Details.
