Vera Mae Thomm, age 96 years of Portage died on Friday, September 13, 2013 at the Divine Savior Hospital in Portage. She was born on June 21, 1917 in Oxford to Clarence and Lillie (Lipert) Wilson.   Vera was united in marriage to Francis K. Thomm on June 6, 1941 in Wisconsin Dells, he preceded her in death on May 5, 1996. She was a homemaker, worked on the farm, substitute mail carrier, enjoyed cooking, taking care of grandkids, finding 4 leaf clovers, music and dancing.   Survivors include son, William (Brenda Rogers) Thomm of Portage, daughter, Pat (Kerry) Kumlien of Milton, 2 grandchildren, Chad (Autumn) Kumlien of Milton and Melissa (Jim) Shahan of Lakeland, FL, and 4 great grandchildren, Kelaney, Kieran, Ashley and Lauryn. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, a sister and brother in law, Arlene and Donald Grant.   Graveside services will be held on Monday, September 16, 2013 at 1:30 PM at the Briggsville Protestant Cemetery, Briggsville with Rev.
