Timothy Ira Paddack, age 71 years of Portage died suddenly on Monday, February 24, 2014 at the Divine Savior Healthcare in Portage.  He was born on March 7, 1942 in Glenview, IL to Virgil and Edna (Luebke) Paddack.    Tim was united in marriage to Kathy Brown on June 20, 1981 in Big Springs Church.  He has lived in the Portage area since 1981 where he has worked for Davis Construction and the Columbia County Highway Dept.  Tim enjoyed hunting, traveling and even making a trip to a casino once in a while, telling jokes and doing puzzles.  Survivors include his wife Kathy of Portage, children, Sherry Huffman and Robert (Katie) Paddack both of South Dakota and Linda Russell of Adams, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, sister, Loveen (Gary) Moody of Brighton, MI and other friends and relatives.  He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Timothy on November 1, 2005 and a granddaughter, Denise.   Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 28, 2014 at 1:30 PM at the Picha Funeral Home, Portage with Tom Drury leading the service.  Burial will follow at the Oak Grove Cemetery, Portage.  Friends may call at the Picha Funeral Home, Portage on Friday from Noon until 1:30 PM.
