Sandra Jane Hansen passed away on December 27, 2022 in Portage, Wisconsin. She was born in Sparta, Wisconsin on May 16, 1954. She is survived by her daughter, Tammy (Mike) Allen of Cushing, Oklahoma. Her son Robert (Cathryn) Monroe of De Soto, Kansas. Her sisters Linda Wells of Beloit, Wisconsin and Donna Schoen of Orfordville, Wisconsin. Her life partner, Lonny Kratz of Packwaukee, Wisconsin. Additionally, she is survived by her nine grandchildren, Ashley, Erica, Danielle, Heather, Derrick, Dakota, Dalton, Elodie, and Orion and two great grandchildren. Sandy greatly enjoyed stock car racing, singing, and playing her guitar in her youth. Once she had her children, she focused on them but still greatly enjoyed singing. Once her grandchildren were born, there was not a time you would catch her not talking about them. They truly were the light of her life. A celebration of life will be held on June 10, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in Woodlawn Cemetery in Sparta, Wisconsin. There will be a lunch afterward at the American Legion 1116 Angelo rd. Sparta Wi 54656.
