Sally Ann Lohr, beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend, passed away unexpectedly, Tuesday, June 7, 2011 at the age of 59. Sally was born June 11, 1951, in Portage, to Chester Jr and Betty (Rinde) Berger. She graduated from Portage High School with the class of 1969. Sally worked as an office manager in the Portage area for over 30 years, before retiring in February 2011. Grandma Sally absolutely loved spending time with her four wonderful grandchildren. She also enjoyed reading novels, vacationing in the tropics, watching NASCAR and had a fondness for fashionable purses. Sally is survived by her sister, Vicki (Daniel) Dittberner of Portage; two sons, Eirik (Ruth) Lohr of Pardeeville and Trevor (Jill Diehl) Lohr of Wisconsin Dells; grandchildren, Kaeleea, Aidan, Ella and Claire; nieces, nephews and pets, Dollie, Sammie and Snowy. She was preceded in death by her parents, Betty in 1984 and Chester in 2005. Private inurnment will be scheduled at a later date. Sally had a love for all animals.
