Ronald E. Rabus, age 84 of Portage, WI passed away July 8, 2025, at his residence in Endeavor, WI after his long battle with lung disease.

Ron was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago.

Moved to Wisconsin in his early years and became a self-taught carpenter, where he built homes in the Adams-Friendship area.

He later moved to Portage where he met his significant other of 36 years Judy Eggleston.

They were involved in the antique business in local malls and traveled to shows. Ron's greatest passion was toy trains, where he became known as the trainman.

Per Ron's wishes there will be no service.
