Rita Ann Mountford age 85 of Endeavor, WI died on Sunday, July 8, 2018 at Tivoli in Portage, WI Rita was born June 19, 1933 in Portage, to Phillip and Della (Gray) Slowey. She married Clifford L. Mountford on April 11, 1953 in St. Mary's Help of Christian's Catholic Church Briggsville, WI Rita is survived by her husband of 65 years Clifford, of Endeavor, WI; four children Catherine (Frank) Dwyer of Stoughton, WI; Steve (Lynda) Mountford of McFarland, WI; Philip (Monica) Mountford of Oregon, WI and Julie (Mark) Bruner of Brooklyn, WI; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren; two sisters Joann (Lyle) Neesan of Portage; Mary (Bob) Rix of Endeavor and a brother Don (Joanne) Slowey of Richland Center, WI Rita is preceded in death by her parents. A Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at St. Mary's Help of Christians Catholic Church in Briggsville, WI; Father Gary Krahenbuhl will be officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at church. A private family burial will follow the services.
