Richard “Rich” Brian Reick passed away peacefully at home on April 12, 2026, from complications due to an illness. Rich was born on June 9, 1963 in Portage, WI to Karen and Bill Reick. He graduated from Portage Senior High School in 1981. After living in various cities and traveling abroad, Rich settled in Boise, ID. He married Pamela Meyers in 1996. They eventually moved back to Wisconsin to be near friends and family.

Rich enjoyed playing softball and camping, but his true passion was fishing. He often spoke of wanting to go on an ocean charter to fish for Wahoo. He was a huge fan of all Wisconsin sports. He was a loving and caring man. He had a great sense of humor and would entertain friends and family with jokes, witty stories and Far Side cartoons.

Rich will be truly missed by those that knew and loved him. Rich was preceded in death by his mother, Karen June, and father Harold William Reick. He is survived by his wife Pam, stepdaughter Ashley, her husband Scott, and their daughters. Rich is also survived by his siblings Tom, Jerry, Sandra, and Lisa, and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. In lieu of a church service, a memorial for Rich will be later.
