Endeavor, WI Renee Esther Whaley age 55 passed away suddenly on Monday, February 1, 2016 She was born on December 15, 1961 in Portage, WI to William Skinner and Veronica Haley. She Lived and Worked the Majority of her life in Marquette County. Renee worked 30 plus years at Brakebush where she acquired many friends. On June 24, 1989, Renee married the love of her life Merton Whaley, they were sole mates. Renee loved her children and family, her biggest joys were her grandchildren, Trinity and Evan. She loved shopping, and always found amazing deals. Being surrounded by her family and friends, and being a grandma. Surviviors include her daughters; Emily Whaley, Tanya Whaley, Grandchildren; Trinity and Evan. Three sisters; Donna Meyers, Shar (Mark) Weber, Kate (Tom Popenfus) Phoenix, two brothers; John (Jeanne) Lobeck, Nate Haley, Sister in laws and Brother in laws; Jeri Whaley, Steve (Teri) Whaley, Scott Whaley, Lisa Whaley. Nieces and nephews; Dani (Robert) Burns, Richard (Chris Atkinson) Myers, Andy (Annie) Weber, Matt (Melissa) Weber, Dylan Haley, Hayley Burns, Chris (April) Whaley, Jamie (Erin) Whaley, Robyn (Jake Flikner) Jordan, Leslie Whaley, Cassandra Whaley, Zach Whaley, Paige Whaley. Three dear friends; Lisa Kluge, Amber Bloss and Mark Bush. Renee is reunited with the love of her life Merton Whaley. She is preceded in death by her parents Veronica Haley, William Skinner, Her father and Mother in law; Richard and Betty Whaley, brother Terry Myers, Mark Whaley and William Pheonix. Funeral Service will be held at noon on Thursday, February 11, 2016 at the Picha Funeral Home in Portage, WI. with Brenda Pulver officiating. Visitation will be on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 from 5 till 8 p.m. at the Picha Funeral Home (www.pichafh.com) and also one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
