Portage - Phoebe C. Clark, age 74, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 surrounded by her loving family at the Golden Living Center in Wisconsin Dells.  Phoebe was born on February 19, 1943 to Walter and Rose Lamphear. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harold Clark, Thelma Clark (daughter), Walter and Rose Lamphear (Parents) and 10 siblings.  She is survived by children, Laurie (Ricardo) Villescas, Martha (Tom) Clark, Alice (Mark) Clark, Vicky (Tracy) Wanless, Robert (Irene) Clark, Patricia (Michael) Novak, and William (Michelle) Clark.  She is blessed to have several Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren whom she loved dearly.   She is also survived by her lifelong friend and sister-in-law, Doris Lamphear and several nieces and nephews.  The Clark family would like to express their gratitude to Golden Living Center (Nurse Rick), Mae Pospeschil (niece) and Greg McIntire (nephew).  Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 12,2017 at the Kratz Funeral Home in Portage, with a visitation from 10:30 until time of service.
