Pamela J. (Kannenberg) Sibiga (Pam), age 45 of Portage, Wisconsin passed away suddenly Thursday, November 15, 2018 at UW Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin, surrounded by family and loved ones. Pam was born on August 12, 1973 in Baraboo, Wisconsin, the daughter of John and Wendy (Thomas) Kannenberg. She graduated from Baraboo Senior High School in 1993 and remained in the local area most of her life. On November 20, 1996, Pam gave birth to her only child Meghan, whom she treasured and was the main focus in her life. In 2007, Pam married Martin Sibiga, and the three of them resided as a family in Portage. Although Pam suffered from severe anxiety and spent years trying to overcome it, she could always be counted on as an avid listener to family and friends, and she was always available in a time of need. She was a loving mother, daughter, and wife, and she was a friend of the truest form. Pam enjoyed making collages and photography; however, her real passions were her family and friends, her pets, and her love for animals. Pam will forever be remembered for her fierce personality, her beautiful smile, her contagious laugh, her kind and generous heart, and her loving soul. Pam is survived by her parents, John and Wendy Kannenberg of Rock Springs; husband, Martin; daughter, Meghan Phelan of Portage; brother, Jonathan (Deidre) Kannenberg of Merrimac; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and two very special friends, Mike Welch and Bob Alvin. She was preceded in death by Grandparents, Alan and Charlotte Koepp and Edward Kannenberg; Aunt and Uncle, Ray and Carol Harris; and Aunt, Sandra Holcomb. A Celebration of Life Memorial Party will be held on Saturday, December 15th from 12pm until 6pm at the Gem City Saloon and Eatery, 124 Ash Street, Baraboo. Service Details.
