Michael Robert Holch, age 58 years, died on November 7, 2011 at his residence. He was born on November 16, 1952 in Portage to Robert and Joan (Zunker) Holch. He was a courier for the Divine Savior Hospital in Portage. Survivors include his Mother - Joan of Portage; 2 Brothers - Ed of Portage and Rick of Baraboo.
