Mary Louise Schrank age 78 of Portage, WI died on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at Tivoli in Portage. Mary was born on September 12, 1939 in portage to Edmund and Hazel (Schiefelbein) Joyce. Mary married Harley Schrank on October 15, 1955, Mary worked at many Institutions as a CNA throughout her carreer. She had the greatest memories of traveling the country with Harley while he drove Semi. She especially loved the south and being outside when it is warm. She loved being around her family and would look for people to socialize with and have a cup of coffee. Mary is survived by her Husband Harley of Portage; Sons Thomas; Timothy (Margeret) of Portage; Donald (Ronette) of Portage; Shane (Tiqua) of Cedar Rapids, IA, a daughter-in-law Nancy Kral; one sister Judy Gray of Portage; and a brother Mike (Kay) Joyce of Portage, 14 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends. Mary is preceded in death by her parents, 2 sons Bobbieand Michael a daughter Jane Mary Schrank, grandson Harley Robert Schrank, granddaughter Kristen Mary, great granddaughter Zoey Kristen, brothers Donald, Russell, Norbert and sisters Beverly Thurler and Donna Jane Joyce. A prayer service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at the Kratz Funeral Home 302 East Conant Street in Portage, WI. Father Gary Krahenbuhl will be officiating.
