Marvel Lorraine Rampanelli, age 91 years of Portage, died on Thursday, October 24, 2013 at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison. She was born on December 11, 1921 in Portage to Russell and Jenny (Baxter) Ashley.   Marvel was united in marriage to Arthur Rampanelli on March 16, 1946 in Portage; he preceded her in death on June 18, 1995. She has lived in Portage most of her life where she had worked at Weyenberg Shoe Factory, Ray O Vac and at the Divine Savior Hospital in dietary services. Marvel was also a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.   Survivors include a sister in law, Lillian Kubik of Portage, nieces and nephews, Diane Sutfin of Portage, Jean (Richard) Throm of Quinnesec, MI, Dawn (Lonnie) Sines of Portage, George (Mary) Pitman JR of Milwaukee, Judy Preston of Portage, Janice (Jeff) Iverson of Portage, Debbie Bidwell of Quinnesec, MI and Sharon Morgan of Portage, 2 cousins, Mary Poole of New York and Irene Gloyd of Arizona, other relatives, friends and her dog, Heidi. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Elizabeth on September 18, 2013.   Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Portage with Father Gary Krahenbuhl officiating.
