FRANKLIN, MARION L. Endeavor  Marion Lucille Franklin, age 90 years, of Endeavor, died on Sunday, April 1, 2012 at the Montello Care Center in Montello.  She was born on October 31, 1921 in Aurora, IL, the daughter of August and Ethel (Smith) Urban.   Marion was united in marriage to Robert Franklin who preceded her in death on July 27, 2004.  She had worked at DC Electronics and CF Trucking Company before enjoying retirement.  She also enjoyed fishing, gardening, taking in stray cats, playing cards and scrabble.     Survivors include 3 children - Jeffrey (Carol) Franklin of Endeavor, Gregory (Linda) Franklin of Claremore, OK and Christine McRae of Fultondale, AL; grandchildren, great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.  Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters - Doris Fermazin and Jeannette White, nephew - Gene Grosjean and a grandson - Vince Franklin.  As per Marion's request there will be no service at this time but a graveside service at the Au-Sable Cemetery, Na-Au-Say Township, rural Yorkville, IL will be at a later date.  Service Details.
