Lois C. (McCarthy) Lapp, 87, of Portage, died peacefully on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at Columbia Health Care Center surrounded by a loving family.   She was born in Ferryville on February 14, 1931, the daughter of Albert and Martha (Lattimer) McCarthy. Lois was united in marriage to Norman Lapp in 1946, they celebrated forty eight years together. Her daughters and grand children were the pride and joy of her life, the legacy of  Lois's giving spirit, love of her pets and passion for flowers will live on through them. She is survived by her daughters; Sandra Webb of Albuquerque, NM, Kathy (Dale) Grant of Oxford, Martha (Mark) Tiller of Beaver Dam, Mary (Kirk) Daugherty of Pardeeville, Barbara (Karl) Kasper of Baraboo; fifteen grandchildren, thirty eight great grandchildren and  three great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Norman in 1994. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at the Grace Bible Church 2939 Cty Rd. CX in Portage. With visitation from 9:30 a.m. until time of service. Burial will follow at Oxford Village Cemetery in Oxford, WI Memorials to Agrace Hospice and Grace Bible Church in lieu of flowers.
