Kristin Mary Schrank, age 22 of Portage died on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at the St. Mary's Hospital in Madison along with her daughter Zoey Kristin Mary Schrank.  Kristin was born on November 1, 1991 in Portage to Timothy and Margaret (Lewis) Schrank.    Kristin has lived in Westfield and Portage areas her entire life where she worked as a waitress and did housekeeping.  She also enjoyed outdoor sports and activities, especially baseball, softball and volleyball, loved animals and was a Chicago Bears fan.   Survivors include parents, Timothy and Margaret Schrank, Portage, love of her life, Shawn Ramirez of Oxford, 4 brothers, Timothy "TJ" Schrank, JR (fiance - Samantha) of Baraboo, Ryan Schrank of Portage, Harley Schrank (fiance - Brianna Mootz) of Portage, Brooks Schrank of Portage, 2 sisters - Melissa Schrank of Portage and Amber Schrank (fiance - Garrett Hodges) of Portage, grandparents, Mary (Harley) Schrank of Portage, aunts and uncles, Ronette (Donald) Schrank of Portage, Nancy Schrank of Packwaukee, Shane Schrank of Portage and Thomas Schrank of Portage, special cousin, Megan Schrank of Oxford, cousins, 3 nieces, 3 nephews and other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Helen and Charles Lewis, an uncle Michael and a cousin Harley Schrank.   Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 10, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the Picha Funeral Home, Portage with Father Gary Krahenbuhl officiating.  Friends may call at the Picha Funeral Home, Portage on Friday from 9:30 - 11 AM.
