Spokane, WA / Portage, WI Kenneth R. Voight, age 54 of Spokane, WA passed away Saturday, August 9, 2014 in Spokane. Kenneth was born on February 21, 1960 in Portage, WI to Richard and Marina (Quinones) Voight. Ken attended St. John's Lutheran Grade School, attended and graduated from Portage High School. Ken had a love for knowledge, he enjoyed reading and studying. He later joined the US Air Force to study avionics. Ken joined the US Air Force in 1987 and Retired on May 1, 2011 as a Master Sergeant E7. Ken was stationed in Okinawa, Japan for 12 of his 24 years and loved the area.  Ken also loved the Green Bay Packers, and would call his father after every game to discuss the outcome. Ken Married Hiromi Inafuku on June 22, 2000 in Okinawa, Japan Ken enjoyed the time spent watching his son Jeremy play soccer and other sports. Kenneth is survived by his wife Hiromi of Spokane, WA; son Jeremy K. Voight of Spokane; Parents, Richard (Marina) Voight of Portage; four siblings Cheryl Voight of Tulsa, OK; Kevin (Liza) Voight of Apache Junction, AZ; Vickie Raymond of Montello, WI; and Michele (Brian) Foote of Oshkosh, WI Survived by a nephew Ben Raymond and five Nieces Emily, Katie Raymond, Jordan, Samantha and Sydney Foote. Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday August 16, 2014 in the St. John's Lutheran Church in Portage, WI with Rev. Dobratz officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. till time of service.  Burial will follow at the Oak Grove Cemetery. with military rites from VFW Cleary-Krech Post  #1707  Picha Funeral Home, Portage, WI is assisting the family with arrangements.
