Jeffrey Robert Wagner aka J-R passed away unexpectedly, Wednesday morning April 4, 2018 at the age of 28. J-R is preceded in death by his grandmother Genevieve Yost. Jeffrey is lovingly remembered by his father and mother, Jeff and Judy Wagner of Portage; his two sons, Mason Wagner of Beaver dam, WI  and Vincent Wagner of Westfield, WI; his sisters Felicia, Nikita and Shannon Wagner all of Portage and his brother Troy Yost of Portage; his grandparents Clifford Yost of Wisconsin Dells; Robert "Bob" and Margaret Wagner of Grand Marsh, WI; Donna and Russ Hinze of Endeavor. His Girlfriend Maria, and soon to be born son; Various nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and many cousins. J-R loved his family, the Chicago Bears, fishing and disc golf. He will be greatly missed!
