Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Jeannie Granger, a beloved wife, devoted mother, cherished grandmother, and treasured friend to all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Jeannie passed away surrounded by the love of her Husband and faithful dog Annabelle, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, strength, laughter, and unconditional love.

Jeannie shared 35 beautiful years of marriage with her best friend and husband, Bill Granger. Their love was a shining example of commitment, laughter, and partnership. Together, they built a life filled with family, memories, and quiet moments spent side by side at the kitchen table.

She is survived by her Husband, Bill Granger. Siblings, Denny Kluge (Marla), Merry Gail (Lance). Sons, Jarrod and Jack, and her daughter-in-law Jenn, who was more like a daughter to her than anything else. As well as many cousins, Nieces and Nephews.

Jeannie was a proud and loving grandmother to Talor, Maisyn, Mykenza, Mercy, Mykah, and Myles, each of whom brought endless joy to her life. She is also survived by many very dear friends, Including Dana Schwanz, who was more like a sister than a friend.

Jeanie cherished spending time with those closest to her and deeply valued the bonds she shared with each of them.

She is proceeded in death by her siblings, Brothers, Jack, Bobby and Gary, Sister Patti. Jeannie's warmth extended beyond her immediate family, she was a beloved aunt to many nieces and nephews, a cousin you could count on, and a friend that everyone was lucky to have.

She had a gift for making people feel seen and cared for, always ready to offer help, a warm hug, or even the shirt off her back. Jeannie loved the simple pleasures in life: tending to her garden, watching birds from her window, crafting heartfelt cards for her loved ones, and sharing stories, stories that could make you laugh, cry, and stay at the table just a little longer.

Her kindness, her laughter, and her unwavering love for her family will be deeply missed but never forgotten. In every flower that blooms, In every butterscotch candy, In every can of Pepsi, or Budweiser, in every bird that sings, in every story shared around a table, her spirit lives on.

A private celebration will be held for close family and friends, at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor Jeannie by doing something kind for someone else, just as she would have done. Jeannies' heart was a light in this world, and though she is no longer with us, that light continues to shine in the lives she has touched. XXX-OOO
