Obituary

Gary Fredrick Faga, age 57 years passed way on Sunday, September 5, 2010 at the Fairview Nursing Home in Mauston. He was born on May 28, 1953 in Reedsburg to Jerry and Betty (Blackley) Faga. Gary served in the US Army during the Vietnam War era. He has worked at the Oxford Prison as a security guard and librarian and enjoyed fly fishing, tying flies, being outdoors, and rebuilding his 1950's truck. Gary also enjoyed volunteering as a boyscout leader for several years. Above all, family was important to Gary. Survivors include Two children - Tessa Faga of Baraboo, Wisconsin and Ben Faga of London, and 4 Sisters - Lori (Bob) Osmanski, Sue (David) Lowrey, Sara (Tim) Sanders, and Jenny (Josh) Anderson and 3 Brothers - Paul, Scott, and Bobby Faga. He was preceded in death by his parents and a step-mother - Marcia. A celebration of Gary's life will be held on Thursday, September 9, 2010 from 4-7 PM with a formal service at 5:30 PM at Gary's residence -1382 Evergreen Ave. Adams, WI with Rev.
