Elaine A. Conway   Elaine Alice Conway, age 80 of Portage/Poynette died on Monday, August 19, 2013 at her daughter's residence in Poynette following a 2 year battle with lung cancer. She was born on June 27, 1933 in Portage to Harry and Fern (Allen) Ford.   Elaine lived in Beloit for many years where she was married, raised 3 children and worked at Beloit Corporation. Upon retirement she moved out west with her daughter for a few years and spent the last 19 years in the Portage/Poynette area. Elaine enjoyed fishing, football, going to Las Vegas, traveling, and driving road trips.   Survivors include three children, Steve (Jill) Athens of Arkdale, WI, Randy (Sue) Athens of Eagle River, WI and Karen (Richard) Neff of Poynette, 9 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, sister, Marie (Gary) Hill of Spooner and a cousin, Virginia Carlson of Portage. She was preceded in death by her parents.   Memorial services will be held on Friday, August 23, 2013 at Noon at the St. John's Lutheran Church, Portage with Rev. Alan Boeck officiating.
