David R. Davies age 83 of Portage died on Thursday, Feb. 8, 2024 at his home in Portage, WI Dave was born on November 4, 1940 to Rowland and Dorothy (Jorns) Davies. David graduated from Portage High School in 1959, he then joined the United States Army and served from 1959 to 1962. He attended the University of Wisconsin Whitewater and later was an over the road trucker for a number of years. Military burial with honors will be at a later date in the Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in King, WI.
