Darlene Ann Price, age 73 years, of Portage died on Thursday, September 8, 2011 at the Tivoli Care Center in Portage. She was born on January 8, 1938 in Portage to Sam and Arlene (Janke) Sutfin. Darlene was married to Melford Price who preceded her in death in 1988. She had worked at the Weyenberg Shoe Factory and later AMPI from which she retired in 1998. Survivors include 2 sisters - Lois (Ken) Kampstra of Randolph and Donna (William) Osterholt of Portage, numerous nieces and nephews and a sister in law - Charlotte. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers - Sam Sutfin, JR and James Sutfin. As per Darlene's wishes there will be no services at this time.
