Carol Jean Napralla, age 65 years, died on Easter Sunday, April 4, 2010 at the Divine Savior Hospital. She was born on March 5, 1945 in Montello to Leonard and Bernice (Moldenhauer) Sell. Carol graduated from Montello High School in 1963. She was united in marriage to Gordon Napralla on August 1, 1963 in Menomonee, MI; he preceded her in death on September 28, 1999. Carol has lived in Portage for many years where she a waitress at Lord Chumley's and Tamarack's, she was an avid Packer fan, enjoyed bowling, fishing, card playing, reading, proud cat owner and loved to work around "Carol's Pond." Survivors include - Son - Brad (Peg) Napralla of Portage, Daughter - Brenda (Paul) Landsverk of Montello, Brother - Ron (Joyce) Sell of Montello, Sister - Lenore Robinson of Milwaukee, Mother in law - Dorothy Napralla of Montello, Brothers in law - Gary Napralla, Kent (Linda) Napralla and Mark (Eileen) Napralla all of Montello, Sisters in law - Mary (Rod) Dziadosz of Portage, Tami (Kurt) Dollar of Wisconsin Dells and Cindy Napralla of New London, many nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at 1:00 PM at the St. John's Lutheran Church, Portage with Rev. Alan Boeck officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery, Portage. Friends may call at the church on Wednesday from 11 AM until 1 PM.
