Annis Marie Grabman, died on Friday, May 21, 2010 at the Heritage House in Portage. She was born on September 13, 1914 in Endeavor to Vernon and Bertha (Lindner) Dewsnap. Annis was a graduate of Westfield High School and also from the University of Wisconsin Madison Music Department. Annis was united in marriage to Clifford "Bill" Grabman on January 1, 1939 in Endeavor, he preceded her in death on March 1, 1981. She has lived in Endeavor and moved to Portage in 1972. Annis taught music at the Endeavor High School for many years. She was a member of the Trinity United Church of Christ and the Rebeccas. Survivors include 3 children - Carol (Larry) Kath of Peoria, IL, Carl (Elizabeth) Grabman of Westfield and Claudia (Paul) Vesely of Pardeeville; 9 Grandchildren - Stephanie (Scott) Stocker, Stuart Kamrath, Heather (Matt) Feeney, Melissa (Dave) Miller, Brent (Tiffany) Kamrath, Todd Vesely, Tori Vesely (Bob Prew), Jason (LeeAnn) Vesely and Carrie (Chad) Ratz; 29 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great Great Grandchilderen; 2 Half Brothers - Clifford Dewsnap of Jacksonville, FL and Charles Dewsnap of Portage and nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her husband and her parents. Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 24, 2010 at 10:00 AM at the Trinity United Church of Christ, Portage with Rev. Vicki Warren officiating. Burial will follow in the Silver Lake Cemetery, Portage. Friends may call at the church on Monday from 9 AM until 10 AM.
