Middleton, WI Anne Louise Crosby-Haag, age 48 of Middleton, WI died unexpectedly Friday, October 31, 2014 in St. Mary's Hospital with family by her side. Anne was born on March 23, 1966 in Madison, WI.  Anne is survived by her Mother; Diane Austin of Monona, WI; Husband Tom Haag of Middleton; children, Jeremy (Kristy) Crosby of Morrisville, WI; Joshua (Allie) Crosby of Middleton; Dustin (Significant other Jenna)Haag of Madison; Jonathan Haag of Waunakee, Grandchildren Sawyer Crosby, Wyatt Haag, Emmah and Lucyana, and a sister Tracie (Ken) West of California; a brother Taylor (Karen) Austin of Wausau. Anne was always involved, she enjoyed  being a volunteer at the Henry Vilas Zoo, especially the goats, she was involved in many church activities, she enjoyed movies, books and storm chasing, she loved playing with her grandchildren. She enjoyed all sorts of crafts. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at the River Hills Church in Sauk City, WI with the Rev. Dennis Virta officiating. Visitation will be held from 4 until 8 pm on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at the River Hills Church, and also one hour prior to the service.
