ETTRICK, WI - Allen David Moen, 76, died Sunday, May 14, 2017 at Gundersen Lutheran surrounded by family. Allen was born on Dec 22, 1940, Township of Preston, Trempealeau County, Wis., to Theodore and Olga (Linberg) Moen. He wed June Peters on Sept 22, 1962 at North Beaver Creek First Lutheran Church in rural Ettrick.   Allen was a proud Norwegian, talented carpenter, and a skilled farmer. His passions were tractor collecting, being a charter member of Beaches Corner Antique Tractor Club, horses, and a good cup of coffee.   Allen is survived by his son, Sidney (Angela) Moen of Trempealeau; daughter, Angela (the late Jason) Byom of Taylor; grandchildren, Timothy (Kelly Gardner) Moen, Mackenzie (Michael O'Brien) Moen, Megan Hovre, Michael (Kalli) Schock; great-grandsons, Ledger and Slayter Schock; sister-in-laws, Audrey Moen, Ardell Tollefson, and Janette Johnson; brother-in-laws, Roger (Judy) Peters and Darwin (Marlene) Peters. Preceded in death by his wife, June; parents; brothers, Clifford and Truman; brother-in-laws, Gaylord Tollefson and Kenny Johnson; son-in-law, Jason Byom.   Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. North Beaver Creek Church with Rev. Kary Jonas officiating. Visitation will be held Friday 4-8pm at North Beaver Creek Church and 1 hour prior to Saturday service. Burial will follow service at church cemetery.  Service Details.
